Wendy Yajna Brown is a Clinical Social Work/Therapist who works with adults, elders, individuals, and groups. She offers therapy both in person and online in Georgia and online via video in Michigan.

Therapeutic Approach:
Practical, compassionate, mind-body, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, nervous-system focused
Treatment Philosophy:
Your symptoms didn’t come out of nowhere. They developed in response to what you have lived through.
Therapy with me is practical, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the mind-body connection. Together, we may integrate behavioral coaching to support daily functioning and energy, mindfulness and nervous-system regulation that feels accessible, and gentle lifestyle and body awareness practices, such as nutrition and yoga.
I work with the whole person, not just symptoms. You do not need the “right words,” and you do not need to be strong here. Therapy is a place to exhale and begin again, gently.
