My goal in therapy is to provide patients with tools so their quality of life improves. I have training, clinical interests, and experience in evidence-based interventions, and I am always learning new therapies in order to provide patients with the best quality care.

I provide an empathetic and safe environment for patients to explore, navigate, and manage their mental-health difficulties by providing tools, unconditional positive regard, and confidentiality.
