Julia Stevens is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and owner of Active Nutrition. She works with adults, children, and families around weight management, preventive health, healthy lifestyle habit change, and practical nutrition support.
Julia has nearly 20 years of experience in outpatient and virtual nutrition coaching. Her work focuses on helping clients create realistic habits that support long-term health, weight management, energy, and overall wellness.
