Overview:
Dr. Demi Josephson is a licensed psychologist who provides psychotherapy for teens and adults and conducts comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations.
She works with clients navigating periods of change, stress, academic and athletic pressures, challenging social relationships, loss, college or employment uncertainty, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, loneliness, eating or sleeping difficulties, and loss of hope.
Dr. Josephson’s work is rooted in helping clients build insight and awareness, strengthen their ability to manage stress, and ease the physical and emotional suffering that may be impacting their satisfaction with life.
